The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, as the Supervisory Authority of Ley 25.326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with current data protection regulations.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data.

10. Minors

This website is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will proceed to delete it immediately.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Modifications will be published on this page with an indication of the last update date. Continued use of the site after the publication of modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
