How it works
What it connects to and what it does for you
It’s not a chatbot that improvises. It’s an assistant that knows where every piece of your business lives —your calendar, your email, your billing, your projects— and goes to the right place to find it. You talk to it where you already work, and it does part of the job on its own. Here is how it works inside.
You talk to it where you already work
On Telegram, on WhatsApp or from the web. There is no new app to open or dashboard to learn: you write to it the way you would write to a partner who knows the whole business, and it answers right there.
If you’d rather speak, it understands voice notes and can answer with voice too. And your team can use it, not just you: everyone asks the same place, without re-explaining the context each time.
It knows where to look
This is what sets it apart from a search box: it understands what you’re asking about and goes straight to the right source instead of answering from memory.
Ask about a meeting, it checks your calendar. About an email, your inbox. About an invoice or who owes you, your billing. About a project or a task, your Zoho. About a document or a spreadsheet, your Drive. About a contact, your address book. About executive method, your business’s knowledge base. Every question lands on the right desk.
What it connects to
With your permission, your agent connects to the tools where your work already lives:
· Your email and calendar (Gmail, Google Calendar and Meet) — read, triage, schedule, prep meetings.
· Your billing and numbers (Zoho Books) — what’s due, what’s overdue, expenses, estimates.
· Your sales and projects (Zoho CRM and Projects) — leads, pipeline, tasks, phases.
· Your files (Google Drive and Sheets) — search, read and build documents and spreadsheets.
· Your contacts, your reminders and your to-do list.
· And your business’s knowledge base, where everything you’ve taught it lives.
Each connection is enabled separately and you can see the status of each one. If one breaks, it tells you clearly and asks you to reconnect it: it never pretends it did something it couldn’t.
It does things on its own (without being asked)
Every morning it sends you a briefing of the day: the weather, your open items, how projects are going, the state of collections and the latest news. It’s the summary you’d put together yourself if you had the time, ready before you start.
Throughout the day it watches and alerts you when something warrants it: an email that looks urgent, an upcoming event, a task about to be due or blocked, a new lead, movement in your projects. And when the day’s books close, it sends you the summary with its comparison. You don’t have to remember to check: it checks for you.
It all happens with your permission
Searching, reading and summarizing it does right away. But when something goes outward or touches money —sending an email, replying, archiving, entering an invoice— it doesn’t execute on its own: it proposes it drafted and ready, and you approve, edit or discard.
That way you get the speed of having it done without losing control over what goes out in your name. Over time it learns what you approve and what you hold back, and sharpens what it proposes.
And it’s yours, isolated
All of this runs on your own instance, with your knowledge inside, on separate infrastructure in your name. Your data isn’t mixed with another client’s and isn’t used to train anything.
It’s the same judgment Yair uses to run a business’s 9 areas, available every day, applied to yours.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from ChatGPT or a regular chatbot?
A general chatbot answers from memory and knows nothing about your business. Your agent knows your whole business and, above all, knows where to go for the real data: your calendar, your email, your billing, your projects. It doesn’t improvise an answer; it goes to the source and answers with what’s there.
Can it send emails or enter invoices on its own?
Not without your OK. Anything that goes outward or touches money it proposes drafted and ready, and only executes once you approve. Searching, reading and summarizing it does right away, because there’s no risk.
What happens if a Google or Zoho connection breaks?
It tells you clearly and gives you the link to reconnect it. It doesn’t pretend it worked or invent a result: if a tool fails due to expired access, it admits it and asks you to reconnect.
Do I need everything in Google and Zoho?
Each connection is enabled separately, so you start with what you already use and add the rest when you want. The more tools it connects, the more it can resolve end to end; but even with a few it’s already useful.
What does it cost and how do I get started?
The price and what’s included are on the cLevel Agent page. In a 15-minute meeting we tell you whether it’s right for your case and what it costs specifically, before you sign up.
